The Lord has blessed the Ministry with a new portable hall, which is situation at the top of the Antrim Road. ( Across from Ballee Playing Fields).

We continue to be thankful to God for the opportunities we've had in the portable hall.  Bible study and prayer meetings are held weekly in the hall - these have brought quite alot of interesting discussions.

Youth and women's monthly meetings are now also being held in the hall and we pray that the Lord will continue to bless His work.

Discipleship

Discipleship classes are held for those young converts who are eager to learn more about our Lord and Saviour.

Classes are held every Thursday night.

Current topic - The works of the Holy Spirit.

"And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men." (Mark 1:17)

Reach, teach, preach and care.

Children's work

"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." (Proverbs 22:6)

After alot of prayer and study of God's Word, the Team believed that the Lord was moving us to further our work in another area, therefore this meant that the door was closing in the Doury Road.  As a Team, we feel so blessed for being able to work with the children and their parents in the Doury Road estate.  We thank God for the opportunity and opening that was given to the Team.  We would like to thank Brian and Eileen Ward who helped us during our time there.

We pray that God will continue to work in the community.

The Lord has led the Team back into the Ballykeel estate, therefore please pray for us as we start again to work in this area. Pray that the Lord will give us the right words to say to the children and adults as we bring the good news of our Lord and Saviour.

Work with the Homeless

The outreach in Belfast has been extremely beneficial.  We have been able to meet more homeless, which is the heart of this part of the Gospel Bus Ministry.

We do thank the Lord for the opportunities we've been given to speak about Him to those young people coming from night clubs/bars; but to reach out to those in great need and show God's love to them in such a practical way, is a real blessing from God.

It's so hard sitting talk to these people knowing that when we walk away they will be lying in a sleeping bag on a cold concrete path in all types of weather, yet we were heading home to our warm comfortable beds. Oh how they need our love and prayers!

Please pray for this work - for the Team members as they speak to all types of people, with all types of problems/issues - pray that we will have the right word or scripture to assure them of God's everlasting love and support, in all situations.
"He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will he pay him again." (Proverbs 19:17)

Thanks

The Gospel Bus Team would like to take this opportunity to thank all who support the Ministry, both prayerfully and financially. If it wasn't for your prayers, the work would be nothing. Please continue to pray for Ricky, his family and the Team as they continue to serve the Lord in whatever way possible. We are continuing to see lives won for the Lord and we pray that the Lord will keep these young people. Remember, "it's not about us, it's all about the Lord Jesus Christ". God Bless
